  Excellent. The Staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, our room light and airy. - Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and a lovely room with a fantastic view. No complaints!

  We had booked an overnight stay on the way back from Scotland. Our choice was an executive room - DB&B at a very good rate. The room was large and very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the countryside and immaculate gardens. There were lots of 'extras' including superior toiletries, very large towelling robes, slippers, bottled water,... o que as pessoas dizem » chocolate, a safe and a coffee pod machine. There were 2 comfortable chairs and an excellent tv. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dini - The hotel was in a lovely setting in the select village of Wetheral, close to the city of Carlisle. Lovely walks by the river Eden, just minutes away and lots of history in the nearby St. Constantine's cell and the English Heritage abbey gatehouse. The room, although small, was immaculately decorated and very clean with lovely white crisp linen and soft fluffy towels.   Facilities were great - used the swimming pool every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent quality food - booked bed and breakfast but after eating in on the 1st night didn't want to go anywhere else. - The Staff were always helpful, it was quiet and anice place to relax, and yet easy to travel to visit the area around.

  We had a very warm at the hotel on arrival and throughout our stay. The food we had on our first evening there was absolutely gorgeous. Our room was also to a very high standard of comfort. - Comfortable clean accomadation.

  After reading some negative reviews about this hotel I was really not expecting much at all. How wrong I was. My two children (age 4 & 8) and I stayed for 1 night. The staff were friendly,helpful and lovely with my children. The food was delicious. The offer of £20 for a four course meal and both children ate free meant we could dine in the h... o que as pessoas dizem » otel. The pool was a little cool but still enjoyed to the full.We look forward to our next visit. - the staff members were awesome they looked after our requirements of the menu as my wife didn't want what was on the sweet menu, they said no problem. she asked what do you like and they made it happen. wow impressive the chief was out standing in the presentation and taste of all the food we had. we really recommend the food top class at reasonable price. just like to say thank you for making our weekend special we will be going back
