  The whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm and friendly. The staff were well above average, and were always available and attentive to your needs, friendly, courteous and ever willing to do everything they could to make your stay the best. - The room was gorgeous with a spa bath and king size bed!   Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking! Lochgoilhead in itself is very remote (which is what we with wanted) with fantastic sce... o que as pessoas dizem » nery and great walks on your doorstep! - Hotel staff very helpful and friendly..... setting absolutely beautiful.... surrounding area lovely...... very relaxing ... would stay longer next time.... food excellent... cooked to order........ sorry to leave....

  Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.
