  The hotel overlooks the Western Ferries terminal for the Gourock Ferry and is ideally placed for ferry travellers. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were a little tired and in some need of fresh decoration but they were clean, well appointed and the facilities worked. Breakfast was substantial and thoroughly enjoyed. All in al... o que as pessoas dizem » l, this hotel was great value for the price we paid. - Stayed in a luxury double room, ( Arran),which was enormous with a four poster bed and massive roll top bath in the ensuite. Very comfortable with grest views. Evening meal and breakfast both very nice.
