  Hotel well situated overlooking the Bay. Booking included continental breakast but we in fact got full cooked breakfast ! Very limited parking which LetsBookHotel.com did not say we had to book in advance however hotel managed to find us a space when we arrived.   The hotel was in a lovely location, a perfect break before travelling further into Scotland. The welcome was genuinely friendly and all staff were very helpful. Although not included in the price of room our £8 Full Scottish breakfast was plentiful and the Haggis was lovely. Rooms were very comfortable having been recently updated, contemporary, stylish, clean and with the oak skirting boards and door jambs etc - the location was stupendous and we had probably the best room in the hotel for the view - the room was both spacious and comfortable and kept spotlessly clean - many of the staff were young but very professional and polite - the hotel itself was very quirky in its layout but we kind of liked that - the food we had at t-he hotel was OK nothing really to complain about but also nothing exceptional - the cullen skink however was delicious - however if we stay here again we will be mindful of the c

  Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking!   The welcoming staff. Village location close to the sea. Good slection at breakfast time to cater for all needs. Room was well appointed and clean although a little cramped. Shower in the room did not work during my stay but had the use of a seperate shower which was not ideal as I had paid for a en-suite room. The staff at the B&B tried their ... o que as pessoas dizem » best to get the shower fixed to no avail - Liked everything about this place. It was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent - this was the only b&b that did not have separate breakfast tables and it was great because it was a good opportunity to interact with other guests. Kirsty was an excellent host.
