  Extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Our room wasn't ready on arrival but the staff took our bags, jackets etc. We had a great lunch and our room cards were brought to us in the restaurant and our bags etc were already in the room. I would call that great service. Loved the decor in the hotel and also our room.The room was stylish, larg... o que as pessoas dizem » e and comfortable. Had excellent breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very easy to find and lots of parking space. - I love how the dakota looks it is a beautiful hotel especially the lounge reception and dining area the staff are always lovely and helpful especially tge receptionist that was on when i arrived at the hotel i think it is really good for business occassions.
