  Extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Our room wasn't ready on arrival but the staff took our bags, jackets etc. We had a great lunch and our room cards were brought to us in the restaurant and our bags etc were already in the room. I would call that great service. Loved the decor in the hotel and also our room.The room was stylish, larg... o que as pessoas dizem » e and comfortable. Had excellent breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very easy to find and lots of parking space. - I love how the dakota looks it is a beautiful hotel especially the lounge reception and dining area the staff are always lovely and helpful especially tge receptionist that was on when i arrived at the hotel i think it is really good for business occassions.

  Hotel was modern and the room well provided with facilities, a good bed and good bathroom. Very friendly staff and good (English) breakfast. We traveled by car (without it the hotel is not easy to reach) and choose this hotel for its location for making day trips in and around Scotland. - I managed to get a great deal as I booked only a few days ... o que as pessoas dizem » before I travelled and then had an upgraded room with it's own conservatory and four poster bed! Staff were very friendly and helpful both at reception and in the restaurant.

Well designed in terms of environmental concerns, the littleblue light in the bathroom was a great idea as I like to leave a lighton when staying in a "strange" room in case I need to get up in thenight. The loaction is also 2 minutes from the M74 motorway - excellent choice for an overnight stop.
