The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.   We were made to feel very welcome and no question went unanswered. The rooms were small but really nicely decorated. It was such good value for money, centrally located and the breakfast was vast. You need to be aware that the guesthouse is the sister house to The Albany which is at 24 Crescent gardens so you go there for breakfast but it's fon... o que as pessoas dizem » dly a few doors down and means that Albany 33 is quiet with only 4 rooms. Would definitely stay there again, couldn't recommend it highly enough! - Mark and Mary were delightful hosts, attentive to our needs and wishes, plus interesting to talk to as well. The breakfasts were excelent. The room and bed were very comfortable, the facilities clean and new. Sharing a bathroom was not a problem, as there were 2-1/2 baths to chose from. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown and the Royal Crescent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. We'd stay there whenever we're in Bath again.

  This was so much more than a b&b - the rooms were luxurious and the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the breakfast was the best I've had anywhere - I would recommend this to anyone - PERFECT - Boutique B&B exactly as it should be. Thankyou for your hospitality.

What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.).
