  I had reservations as I only stay in 4/5 stars but for location I choose this hotel for Valentines day as it was walking distance to Wembley Stadium and I did not want to stay some where and I was not happy.From checking in to checking out I was very happy. The rate of £80 for a family room was obviously a big plus (though I know that rates alter as to events held at Wembley). Lots of places to eat in surrounding area.

  The rooms were spotless and well layed out, everything one would expect to find in a hotel room was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wembley stadium was so close that you almost hit it with a stone, so a very short walk to the concert.   Sevice and willing to help were excellent. It is not a big hotel and the atmosphere is very quiet and nice. The room is very nice with big and very comfortable beds.   We a lovely two night stay at the hotel and on return home realized i had left my watch in the hotel room, i called the hotel and the very helpful receptionist she would get in touch with house keeping and get back to me 5 mins later i got a call to say they had it and would put it safe for me. i sent a prepaid envelope and my watch was returned t... o que as pessoas dizem » o me immediately. The staff could not do enough for us. A big thank you to them all. - All the staff couldn't have been more helpfull throughout our 2 night stay. They also provided lots of information and guideance/advice on travel options in and out of London, along with above and beyond support within the Premier Inn. The Beefeater Pub which was attached served excellent food and also couldn't have been faulted which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass these comments on.

  The bars prices were surprisingly reasonable,staff couldnt have been more helpful. The room was great. i visited due to seeing Lee Evans at wembly-which was amazing by the way! and the hotel opens the bar til later if there is a concert etc so it was so nice to walk just around the corner and have a drink after instead of rushing to get the last tr... o que as pessoas dizem » ain home-my friend missed the last hr! - I don't have one single complaint about this hotel, the lobby was gorgeous, and check in what nearly instantaneous. Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*

  friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.
