staff - Hotel was basic - no frills. Room was small , but clean and resaonably comfortable, with small but adequate and clean) en-suite. Had WiFi access which was useful for me.

Rooms nice and big, very clean and the bed was comfortable. - It was a fantastic location for getting in and out of london central, just across the street from Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium. The rate of £80 for a family room was obviously a big plus (though I know that rates alter as to events held at Wembley). Lots of places to eat in surrounding area.

The rooms were spotless and well layed out, everything one would expect to find in a hotel room was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. All the staff couldn't have been more helpfull throughout our 2 night stay. They also provided lots of information and guideance/advice on travel options in and out of London, along with above and beyond support within the Premier Inn. The Beefeater Pub which was attached served excellent food and also couldn't have been faulted which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass these comments on.

The bars prices were surprisingly reasonable,staff couldnt have been more helpful. Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*
