  Stuart was so helpful. He went out of his way to fix up a problem with our booking, carrying all our luggage for us up and down lots of stairs! The apartment we booked was right in the centre of Edinburgh, and was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay in the same apartment again. - Apartment was great, really clean, great location & Stuart couldn't have been more helpful. Really nice & modern, two enormous twin beds, a beautiful master en-suite bedroom and a comfortable bunk bed room. Stuart was also very good in allowing us to check in early and check out later as well as recommending some nice cafes in the area for lunch. Very central to city centre, couldn't recommend it highly enough!

I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so that was great hospitality.   I loved how clean it was and how it was just so close to everything, shopping centers, food places and the scenery. It was a little walk from the train station, but it was worth it. The beds were so comfortable and everything in the room was spotless. The decor in the rooms was so unique and very artistic.   The Dene Guest House was the perfect choice. Not only I was provided with a clean, spacious and beautifully designed en-suite bedroom with great views but I had as well the valuable help of Ilio and Hamish in every possible aspect (from giving advice on how to spend leisure time to pointing me in the right direction whilst I was looking for a job ... o que as pessoas dizem » in the city).
