Richard and Claire went out of their way to make our stay a very comfortable one, especially arranging an extra night, and helping to dig my car out of the 10" of snow that arrived in Farnham with the compliments of the Russia weather. Everything, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and well presented, the food was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. A newly refurbished (albeit a tad quirky) room of a high standard The food was of a good high quality and I couldn't fault the service or the friendiness of the staff. Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and the room was clean. The facilities were of high standard too.The menu was good and the breakfast excellent.friendly service very nice rooms the breakfast was first class excellent value for money would definatly stay there again. Interesting menu, and what I chose was excellent. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. If I had to be really picky there was a bit of traffic noise up until quite late as it is situated on the main road and I personally would have liked a bath instead of a shower in the onsuite, but that just me being fussy.One thing that let it down was the single glazing. The Albion is on a busy junction and the traffic can be hear during the night. The only down side was that the hotel is situated between two main roads and can be a bit noisy at busy times.more chips needed with the fish ha ha. I felt that not enough information about breakfast, and how and where to check out was given when checking in. Although this did not spoil our stay in any way, this is a lovely hotel with beautifull decor.Low level noise from some sort of alarm at the bottom of the staircase leading up to the room. The Tassimo tea/coffee machine didn't have any instructions, although I did work out how to use it, I think I would have preferred a conventional kettle arrangement. I stress that these are only a minor irritations.
