  The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her . We were very impressed . - location....all the staff were very friendly...bed was lovely room was of reasonable size.....hotel made our weekend most excellent

They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of interest. And the breakfast was excellent.
