  The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her . We were very impressed . - location....all the staff were very friendly...bed was lovely room was of reasonable size.....hotel made our weekend most excellent

  1-The best and the kindest customer service, they were amaizingly helpful and cheerful. 2-One of the most delicious breakfast 3- clean and tidy , feels like home 4- definitely worth the money and can not wait to visit there again! 5- cosy and warm bar and breakfast/dinner lounge 6- not perfect but good location very nice pub just around the co... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rner with delicious food and retro style - The staff were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room we had chosen had only a shower and very little space for toiletries etc. We were upgraded at once with no extra charge to a delightful room. They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of interest. And the breakfast was excellent.
