Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. Having private parking off street and being near to bus stops.

And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.

Best B&B we have ever stayed in!. We booked room 6 which was a 'small double room'. It was infact much bigger than we were expecting and spotless!! Breakfast was freshly cooked and amazing-set us up for the entire day!! Cannot think of any negatives at all and we are looking forward to out next visit hopefully early next year. Thank you so muc

Everything. The room we were offered was brand new, very tastefully decorated to a high standard. Lots of touches that puts this place above the rest like: On arrival we were greeted in the car park and our cases carried in, we were offered a tray of tea/coffee and this was delivered to our room with homemade bread pudding aswell!! Myself and my partner have just spent two nights at southern breeze lodge,which is run by a lovely couple Malcolm and fran.On arrival Malcolm came out to meet us and helped with our luggage, we were then offered a fresh pot of tea and homemade bread and butter pudding which I thought was a lovely touch! We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The owners and staff were very friendly, interesting and helpful. We were made to feel welcome instantly. They also had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations for eating out. We stayed in the stunning and very luxurious "red" room, which was large, clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay here, the owner was friendly and welcoming, but not instrusive and I was upgraded from a single to a double. The room was modern, very clean and finished to a very high standard. I loved that there was tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was excellent, the bed and linens very good quality.

I stayed 3 nights in a single room. The room and a dining room are beautiful. The mattress was very comfortable, bed linen clean.
Location is very good, 4 minutes to the beach and 1 minute to one of the main streets with many shops and cafés. Fast Internet.
Tomer is very friendly. He was asking the guests about the plans for the day or how they spent the previous day in Bournemouth, I liked that.

The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the owner who makes you feel as if you were staying with a friend. I had an ensuite shower in my room which was tucked in quite well, making the most of the space but the bathroom for rooms without facilities was nearby and looked very nice. The décor is done in 'Beach' style which is very pleasant.

was in the hallway, but privat, a little bit awkward, I would have
preferred en suite, there was a sink in the room, though. WiFi worked.
Enough parking space along the streets. Very quiet residential area, bus
stop 3 min away, 5-10 min walk to Boscombe Pier (beach), just perfect. I
would definitely book again.

Definitely one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed. Warm and friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, even set of toiletries was provided, excellent breakfast - I could not fault this place. I will definitely be returning. -

Sheila and Paul have a well run hotel with tastefully decorated rooms. Their breakfasts are generous and fresh with healthy options as well as traditional English breakfast. They are very nice hosts who go out of their way to help their guests with good Tourist information. All in all my sister and our four Children had an exeptionally enjoyable stay at the Waterside and we can´t wait until the next stay.

The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, willing to go out of his way to make our stay as best he could. Very clean, lovely room, good location, a short walk away from the beach and local shops and only a 5 minute cab ride away from bournemouth rail station. A lovely place, would definitely recommend to anyone, and we will stay there again if returning to bournemouth.
