  We had a code to get in if we came in late (we went to a concert at Snape Maltings (which is less than 2 miles away) then sat outside on the picnic benches and had a late snack and a glass of wine in the warm night - bliss.   Dawn was extremely hospitable & helpful, such a lovely person. Accommodation excellent, all that you would have needed & more. Have never stayed in a b & b like this one before, it was perfect, would be great if all b & B’s were like this. We think this should be a 4star @ least. Very good value for money.
