  We had a code to get in if we came in late (we went to a concert at Snape Maltings (which is less than 2 miles away) then sat outside on the picnic benches and had a late snack and a glass of wine in the warm night - bliss. Very handy for Orford too and lots of walking and cycling tracks at the doorstep - The room was comfortable and very clean, ... wat mensen zeggen » fresh bedding was provided, the kitchen and bathroom were good, and it was nice having the on-site bar too. All at a very reasonable price !

  Dawn was extremely hospitable & helpful, such a lovely person. Accommodation excellent, all that you would have needed & more. Have never stayed in a b & b like this one before, it was perfect, would be great if all b & B’s were like this. We think this should be a 4star @ least. Very good value for money.
