  The hotel is located on the main street of Wengen which is like the Hobbit Shire, but for humans. Oliver the manager and Bridgette the front end staff were so helpful. The hotel is very comfortable with a beautiful pool, great breakfast buffet and overall charm. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

  The staff ,at all levels from management to dining room and porter, were attentive, helpful and polite. They gave absolutely brilliant service throughout my stay. they would go out of their way to make your stay feel welcome and comfortable .I especially appreciated the staff namely , Ahmed & Kristine.   Staff was very helpful; meals were wonderful. Room was comfortable, if small (north facing rooms). Beautiful setting. Excellent hospitality. Old world decor adds to the charm. - Fantastic service, clean rooms, and a very quaint and homily place. Hotel staff knew who I was, and I was only there one evening.
