  The hotel is located on the main street of Wengen which is like the Hobbit Shire, but for humans. Oliver the manager and Bridgette the front end staff were so helpful. The hotel is very comfortable with a beautiful pool, great breakfast buffet and overall charm. The tour group ate all the food in the buffet within 15 minutes on - The staff was really nice! They allow pets there and we brought our dog with us. When we checked into the room, we saw they had put out a water bowl for the dog which I thought was really nice. Breakfast was good, typical Swiss breakfast, and a couple of hot options. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

  The staff ,at all levels from management to dining room and porter, were attentive, helpful and polite. They gave absolutely brilliant service throughout my stay. they would go out of their way to make your stay feel welcome and comfortable .I especially appreciated the staff namely , Ahmed & Kristine. Totally recommended - Wonderful views when weather cleared. Very good continental breakfast. We were allowed to change to a corner room on request (for an extra 10 swiss francs per night) which was the room advertised on the website. Also Cola the house cat's use of the elevator was amusing.

  Great service- because it was low season (and we were on our honeymoon) they upgraded us to a better room. Beautiful views & only a short walk to the train station. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with their delicious home made jams. Overall excellent value for money. - location is perfect, 3 min walk from the train station.
