  This hotel was outstanding. It was a few blocks outside the city center, but you could walk to everything and public transportation was real close.   I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt. The breakfast was real breakfast. There was lot a variety to choose from. - i love this hotel: location, breakfast and especially bedlinen!!!

  I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use.   The tour's (walking city, horror and sauna) that were run by the hostel were great. The free use of internet, free tea and coffee and pasta. Good location and walking distance to everything we needed. - very nice staff, pleasant and friendly place.

They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  This hostel is great value for money for Stockholm and quite comfortable. Our end was a like a nice hotel, with the use of hostel facilities (ie cheap washing machine, kitchen, kids toys, guidebooks, info). The room was equipped almost like a hotel ie with hairdryer, phone. It was quite a large place with many groups of teenagers staying there. Buffet breakfast was available for a charge and had a - Walking distance to city centre/train station but there is a tube station close by as well as bus stops. Easy to find. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet area, near park. Sufficient breakfast option. Room/bathroom (en suite) size is more than adequate and bed comfortable. Room looked new. Being there in the winter, the room was nice and warm. Many TV channels including programmes in English. Can even buy stamps at the hotel.
