Very surprised that this hotel was very goo -
- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. -

The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times. The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. La Paz) .Botanic Garden not far from us and big supermarket opposite. We
got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots
of bars , restaurants and shops .So we did't need to walk down to

I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice.
The value/price is very good.
The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite.
The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained.
Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.

everything. the view is marvelous, the location is convenient, no parking problems, the food was tasty, the room was big and comfortable. - The amenities and staff are nice in general.
