Very surprised that this hotel was very goo -
- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice.
The value/price is very good.
The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite.
The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained.
Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.
