This detached villa with private swimming pool is located in the village of La Nucia on the Costa Blanca. From the bedrooms you walk right onto the partially covered terrace. The Real de Faula golf course, with 36 holes, is only 15 minutes drive from the villa. The villa is located only 4km from the closest beach. La Nucia is located 7 km from the bustling resort of Benidorm and the old fishing village of Altea. Because La Nucia is a bit inland from the coast, you can also enjoy the quiet surroundings and many activities that the region has to offer during your stay. Take the family for a visit to the Terra Mitica leisure park or to the Terra Natura animal park, which are both less than 15 km from La Nucia. Would you rather enjoy a typical Spanish meal or walk hand in hand along the boulevard. Do not miss a visit to Altea and its old historic centre. Altea is characterized by nice squares with whitewashed cottages. It is located up on a hill and has various restaurants, bars and shops. From the old town centre hill you have view of the sea.

After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 750 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages and guests will have to leave a credit card number for the deposit. Please also note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate from October - April and the cost is 12 EUR per night (May - September is included in the room rate). Miscellaneous optional charges: cot 4 EUR per night, high chair 4 EUR per night, extra cleaning 15 EUR per hour.
