Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 175 per week. Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 124,95 per week.
