  Staff at Reception was extremely helpful and friendly. As I was travelling alone, the fact that the room was so close to reception, was great.   After a day on the road coming to the "Vineyard" is like paradise. We were upgraded to the garden suite at no further cost and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Literally 10 minute drive from Stellenbosch and 3 minutes away from Somerset West this is a good location for outings - or just to relax in the lovely garden and on the spacious pool. Theresa and Coete are utterly charming hosts: they gave me medicine and helped nurse me when I had sunstroke, gave my wife a blanket to keep her warm at the rugby and lent us their gps to get there. Beautiful accommodation, really comfy bed and option to dine on site. More like staying with friends than a B&B.
