The hotel is in downtown Constanta, very close to the seaside, old town and old port but Mamaia beaches are also very easily accessible from here. The hotel was comfortable and staff are very kind, too. The hotel is located next to a main road and we were afraid that traffic noise would be disturbing but this was not the case fortunately. Cherica is definitely very well located with just a few steps from the beach. The staff is really friendly and speaking good English.
The room is not small with the sitting area and the bedroom, yet not sure if you can call it 'Deluxe Suite'.
We really liked the toiletries ( shower gel, shampoo, body lotion). Breakfast is also not bad and more than enough even though you have to leave the building and go next door to a cafe.

Hotel Carol is my super-favourite of hotels. The price-quality is the best I have ever experienced, very friendly and helpful staff and a superb breakfast in a very charming building. Absolutely ideal to feel really comfortable during a business trip. I thank them very much to make my stays quite fabulous for several times already. -

Everybody was very polite.Everywhere was clean - in the room, in the restaurant...All (receptionists, waiters, la femme de chambre) speak English,we do not know Romanian,that is why it was very important for us.It was easy and pleasant to communicate with these nice people. -
The location was fantastic. The rooms as well, very clean and large.

This is my 10th trip to Constanta. This is the best hotel for the moneyI paid. It is very clean, all the people are very, very nice and Ireally enjoyed my stay there. I was surprised they offered breakfast forsuch a small rate compared to other hotels... And it was fresh and good. - The room was wonderful and the staff was excellent, very helpful.
