  The hotel is in downtown Constanta, very close to the seaside, old town and old port but Mamaia beaches are also very easily accessible from here.   Hotel Carol is my super-favourite of hotels. The price-quality is the best I have ever experienced, very friendly and helpful staff and a superb breakfast in a very charming building.   I have stayed there 2 times now and found it to be a very good. the Staff were friendly and could not help any more then they did . they also made me feel welcome - Comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff and a good location of the hotel. Everything was very clean and the rooms are spacious. Can't wait to return!

  The rooms are big, clean and comfortable; the bathroom was ok and the personal very friendly. Good price for the quality. Even that is not next to the beach, is only 5 mins away with a cab. - The staff was extremely polite (especially the Hotel Manager), the rooms are large and clean, good location, delicious and diversified breakfast!!
