The hotel was very nice and inviting. The bar gives free drinks at
current times of the day. The hotel is steps away from the beach. When
you go to the beach the staff is there waiting for you and all you
have to do is show them where you want your chair and umbrella and
they set you up. Compared to the other hotels on the strip the

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Totally recommended. -

We were pleasantly surprised not knowint what to expect. The staff upgraded us to a King overlooking the beach and ocean. Beautiful fiew and very comfortable bed. The Bathroom was large and modern with a hair dryer which none of the other Puerto Ricoan hotels we stayed in had. Parking was in the basement and readilty accessible. Unfortunately,

The staff was consistently excellent.Informatiive and courteous.Location perfect for all sites of interest.Beautiful views and from lobby to pools to beaches,soothing. Massage therapist Ivan was the best i've ever enjoyed.Housekeeping were diligent and polite.I will book and reccomend your hotel .I also will book thru Hilton,they listened and met my requests.
