Double tree is very nice hotel, modern style, in a safe tourist area
in Condado, not far away from the beach, nice to visit pools of La
Concha- the twin hotel. Service is good at front desk. Simple local
restaurant near, ask for it. Nice to have coffee machine, fridge and
microwave in the room. -

The hotel was very nice and inviting. The bar gives free drinks at
current times of the day. The hotel is steps away from the beach. When
you go to the beach the staff is there waiting for you and all you
have to do is show them where you want your chair and umbrella and

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Totally recommended. -

We were pleasantly surprised not knowint what to expect. The staff upgraded us to a King overlooking the beach and ocean. Beautiful fiew and very comfortable bed. The Bathroom was large and modern with a hair dryer which none of the other Puerto Ricoan hotels we stayed in had. Parking was in the basement and readilty accessible. Unfortunately,

Massage therapist Ivan was the best i've ever enjoyed.Housekeeping were diligent and polite.I will book and reccomend your hotel .I also will book thru Hilton,they listened and met my requests.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. Staff was friendly, sincere & helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for my needs. Bathroom was also spacious and clean. The onsite burger restaurant was pretty decent for, well, burgers in PR (why have a burger with all the other yummy authentic options within walking distance?! :-)) Hotel is very close to good shopping, the historic points, and the airport is 15-20 mins away. Taxis wait 24/7 outside the hotel.

Have stayed at El Convento many times over the last decade. It is an Oasis in Old San Juan which is an Oasis in itself.
The convenience to the City walls where one can walk by the sea and watch the ships come in is truly special. One can understand how peaceful it must have been when it was a Convent. -
