I really like the location of this hotel, Its literally in the airport!
Very convenient for our family. Traveling with my husband and 3 young
kids. [9, 5, 3 yr old] our plane got in at 12 midnight and we were
heading to Sabana Grande/Ponce area about 2 hrs away from San Juan
Airport. We did not want to drive right aftet we got in. Every one was

took us 5 minutes to check in and then we settled on our room. Checkout

Rt at the airport clean had a better view of the ocean were some hotels
charge a premium for a partial view and call it a ocean view and you
have to hang your head over the window to see it think their missing out
on this one it was a very nice view from our room even if their was some
roof tops in line with the view over all it was as 1 night stay food on
site rest was a little price but good didnt have to go out searching for
a rest which saved us time pick up for rental car was rt at the cur

The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was
refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always
were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in
the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger
in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I
returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the
highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be
returning

The front dest staff is friendly and helpful. The location is one block
off the beach and is in close proximity to a number of local restaurants
and MacDonald'S. The street in front of the hotel, McReary, has a
bus 53 that goes to Old San Juan or a taxi for $18. The hotel is great
value for an experienced traveller but is not a 5 star or would not

good for anyone that is over picky. The hotel has a sister location one
block away, Acacia, that might appeal to the more trendy. -
Only a block from the beach, the location is excellent. It is very clean and picturesque. A spoiled rotten pet cat who greeted all guests completed the "home away from home" treatment.
The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier. The room was very comfortable and clean.
I had local friends who visited me tell me that the site is lovely!
Most definitely will return...

This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.

The staff was awesome! Raiza greeted us with a smile and surprised us
with an upgrade when we checked in. Mary at the breakfast buffet was
friendly and very helpful. Then Luis B. made sure we caught our
chartered bus back to Fajardo on the morning we checked out! Luis even
ran across the street to let us know our bus was here! We also loved

I like they way they treated us when the bathtub leaked when the shower
was turned on, and the phone in the room did not work. They moved us to
a different room when the above was brought to their attention. Before
we checked out we booked a room for one night (10/27) on our way
back home and was given the same rate when we check-in on 10/27 we
discover they upgraded our rooms to suites at no extra charge. The free
breakfast was excellent lots of choices. I would definately recommend
this hotel

there we thought it was more than that. It's a beautiful hotel with

Courtyard was beautiful and provided guests a great place to relax and
use free wi-fi, plus tables for eating or playing cards. Pool was just
the right size to cool off after a long day of shopping and sight-
seeing. A good food selection was provided each day for breakfast with
juice, coffees, and hot chocolate all day. Small library was an added
plus not to mention areas on top floor to relax, play billiards, or just
people watch. We loved it!

Our room was clean, quiet and very spacious. The staff were helpful. My elderly mother-in-law was travelling with us and they rushed to get her room ready when we arrived a few hours before check-in time. Our room was big and clean. We requested a room away from the elevators
so that it would be quiet, and that is just what we got, and we able to
sleep well. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The area
of the hotel is very convenient; close to the beach and many
stores/restaurants.
