o concierge que foi muito eficiente - Superb service. The pool is also very nice. I had a specific problem with a DHL packet which did not arrive on time. The hotel was absolutely lovely, with unique, sumptuous décor, and wonderful architecture. I believe each room is decorated differently, and the room I was given was magnificent. The location is superb, as well, right on a central square in Luxembourg, though I can imagine that on a lively Saturday night it might be loud/difficult to sleep.

Good view! Good location! Rooms are not big but new and comfortable. Just for me stuff opened a dining-room at 7:50 (breakfast started at 8:30). The best place for people who like to travel and come to the city for outside activity, not for staying in room for all day.

O apto. - a recepção é em edificio diferente do dos quartos e do pequeno almoço, mas como é no pátio comum a todos eles, não tem grande problema. O pequeno almoço foi bom, os quartos agradáveis. Tivemos estacionamento na rua, com ticket a partir das 9 da manhã. Fica numa zona central.

My stay at this hotel was simply wonderful and felt like having home in Luxembourg. The room is spacious and has all comforts. Breakfast is impeccable. I've been staying in this hostel with my colleague while we were visiting Luxembourg for a work. We spend two nights in a hostel and two nights in a cheap hotel "Yasha" near the central train station. I can really tell that hostel (which costs ~22eur/night) is much more clean, and has the same breakfast asortiment the hotel which costs ~80eur/nigh

Very friendly staff, great bedrooms, good facilities with many toilets and showers. Free wifi which is very important when traveling.
Very good location, a little hill to climb and then you are at the very beginning of the city.
Felt very safe to keep the things locked in the room due to the both card systems to get to first the hallway and then the room. Also lockable lockers by the bed. Comfortable beds and scilent surroundings.

fantastic! The personnel is very friendly and helps you with
everything. A special compliment for the personnel at the breakfast!
Even when they are extremely busy, they take a moment to welcome you in
a nice way.. Suggestion for the hotel might be to move the dining room
for the evening to the breakfast room because the view to the outside
is much better.
