  We chose the Al Caval for its location by the lake. Our room had a balcony with glimpses of the lake through the trees. Not a huge room but comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Easy to find and good car parking. A 10 minute walk to the centre, either by road or by the lake promenade where there are many restaurants, cafes,... o que as pessoas dizem » bars and shops. - Free deck chairs for the beach We got upgraded for free! Our room had a fridge and a large terrace. Breakfast was the best of the three hotels we stayed in at Lake Garda. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Good price. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

  A well run hotel with great friendly and efficient staff. They have two good restaurants. Upstairs is a gourmet quality one with nice balcony seating in good weather. The street level restaurant has a great view of the lake, the piazza and the promenade. It is a good spot for families. The service in both restaurants is excellent as is the food. Hotel Gardesana in combination with the town of T - I rarely return to hotels as I enjoy visiting new places but the lovely Gardesana is the exception. Once you stay there, I guarantee you will want to return too. Over many years of visits, I still find the same wonderfully kind, exceptionally dedicated family and staff, the warm welcome for all guests, the stunning location on the lake, the beautiful intimate little restaurants along the lakeside, the magnificent sunsets - just heavenly!
