Everything at this hotel was great! The young man at reception upon our arrival was exceptionally helpful. Our room was delightful, and had a balcony overlooking the lake, and the ferry departure point. We were greeted by Roselle's niece who could not have been more friendly & helpful. The apartment (no 22) was amazing, new, clean, beautiful view. Lovely comfy bed. Good quality toiletries. We only stayed for 1 night as we were travelling back to the UK on our motorbike. There is a great safe garage. In the morning we met Roselle who was so friendly & was very interested in our travels. Will defiantly recommend this accomodation.

Friendly staff (local couple), excellent personal service. The atmosphere is more like a BandB than a hotel. Breakfast was very good, and the entire hotel was clean and well cared for. - Very friendly, helpful owners who took pride in their hotel. Glass of prosecco on arrival - a nice touch. Close to the lakeside and the old part of a lovely town.
