  An excellent location for our first visit to Modena. We were travelling by car and found the hotel easily with our satnav and the staff had kindly left the (pre-booked) garage open for our arrival. We were greeted with the offer of coffee and given complimentary bottles of water.   The perfect accomodation!!! If you are in Modena this is a fairly cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Run by a perfectionist landlandy the apartment was both superclean, comfortable. The wi-fi worked excellent (contrary to other hotels/BBs we stayed at during our week in Italy).
