An excellent location for our first visit to Modena. We were travelling by car and found the hotel easily with our satnav and the staff had kindly left the (pre-booked) garage open for our arrival. The perfect accomodation!!! If you are in Modena this is a fairly
cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Run by a
perfectionist landlandy the apartment was both superclean,
comfortable. The wi-fi worked excellent (contrary to other
hotels/BBs we stayed at during our week in Italy). We're
definitely returning here for another visit! -

We just text our request and it was sorted, Nothing was too much trouble. So many little shops nearby and fresh food market every day about ten minutes walk from apartment.

The decoration, rich and classic; the spacious room.
They accept dogs; wifi is free; there is (paid) valet-parking.
Staff was courteous.
Breakfast is very good; we did not have dinner in the restaurant. -
