  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

  Stayed here 3 nights and would come back again & recommend definitely: - perfect location - just a few minutes from Termini station and a walking distance from all main sights of the city center - the apartment is light & spacious enough - with it's 2 twin bedrooms & 2 sofas in the living-room it is ideal for 2 couples or a family wit... o que as pessoas dizem » h children or a group of 4 - 6 persons - "all you need" equipped kitchen includes fridge, kettle washing machine(!), an oven(!) + microwave oven, plen - The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise: you get what you pay for.
