  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

We had some trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise: you get what you pay for.
