We really liked our stay in B&B Macalle. Everything was very clean, the towels smelled really nice and our room and bathroom were very spacious. Every morning Mario made us a great cappuchino. The city is at walking distance. And Mario gave us a great suggestion for a fish restaurant for dinner. We recommend this place to everyone! -

We enjoyed the delicious chocolate or lemon cake at breakfast. Some excellent value for money restaurants just around the corner too.

Excellent location for sightseeing. Beds and pillow (self selection)excellent as were the bathroom and breakfast. Highly recommended. - Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. I drove to the hotel and all I had to do was follow the signs to the Best Western Mediterraneo once I entered the city of Catania.I was able to find it with ease.

The B&B was our base for two night while we got to know Catania. Valentina was a gracious host and provided an excellent breakfast with homemade biscuits and cakes. The room was off a small courtyard in a gracious old building. We had two rooms plus bathroom, so was very spacious. Rooms were well fitted out and the bed comfortable. -

The room I got was big enough to have a chaise longue and a small round table for relaxing also inside. There was a small fridge.
The breakfast is very good, italian-style.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed (and I know a lot of 4 stars in Europe). Fantastic decorated rooms in a 18th century building. Great breakfast (every thing of top quality). A choice of class. - It is not an anonymous hotel, you feel almost at home. The room was veryclean, quite and spacious. Having breakfast in the small garden was verynice, a good start for the day.The location is very convenient, it isvery close to the center of the city but you don't feel like being in atouristic area. The staff was extremely nice and competent. Definitely awonderful stay in Catania!

Everything. The BandB is a in the centre of Catania. The spacious rooms and the common areas of the BandB have design furniture and artworks. Hotel is absolutely fantastic. you can realy feel like home. Big rooms, all day acces to the kitchen, clean. It is in the center so it is noisy from the street but after dinner its becoming quiet. You have 5 minutes to main road and restaurants. The street market with fresh fruits, chees, seafoodis round the corner. Staff is unbelivebly friendly and it was the best hoteli have ever been. Feels like home!
