Friendly staff, ok breakfast, excellent location. Short way to walk practically everywhere. Good value for money.
Ystävällinen henkilökunta, riittävä aamupala ja loistava sijainti. Lyhyt kävelymatka käytännössä joka paikkaan. Hyvä hinta/laatu suhde.
Staff very friendly, room small but clean, a very nice bathroom. The room was at the back hence very quiet. Excellent breakfast, including coffee. The location is also perfect; so close to the station and to shops, restaurants.
I found the staff at reception really friendly, although the staff
at the bar weren't so friendly. They were very reluctant to
give us ice. I thought the location was good, and it was great
value for 4 people.
very nice and clean room with en-suite bathroom, towels provided and changed every day; very good full breakfast and very nice pub with live music at the ground floor! Lovely and typical place!.
Great customer service from all staff including cleaners. The room was
really clean and had maps, tv and clean towels. I would definitely
recommend and will be staying there again.
The irish girl doing breakfast on sunday morning was very good she
seemed run off her feet but was still friendly and professional. And
also was the bar man with beard. .
A great pub style room with a view of city. Good place to stay before a paddywagon tour as it is close to paddys palace.
The staff were very helpful.
Fantastic little hotel only minutes from the city centre and the buzzing Temple Bar area. Breakfast is good but can be a bit busy at times.
I liked its location was very central it was very good value and I will be staying there again.
The staff were very welcoming and pleasant.
The staff were excellent, the room was pleasant, well kept, clean and very functional. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
Great hotel, fab location, rooms basic but have everything you need, great menu, lively bar, bar staff are good humoured and welcoming.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room, a bit old fashioned was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was great.
Love the bar and the food and entertainment. Location very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. My favorite pub in Dublin!.
Its a very comfortable warm hotel with good sized rooms in the centre of Dublin, a few minutes walk from Connelly station.
Friendly staff, clean room. The hotel is situated only 5 min walk from O'Connell street. Nice restaurant downstairs.
kindness of all the personnel I meet
very correct room for this range of price
iron available, hairdryer, ....
The staff are very friendly and make sure everything is just right and the on site car parking is excellent!.
good location, bar, & breakfast. close enough to temple bar without the night time racket.
Excellent value for money. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice menu.
All round really good.
Very good breakfast and a special position in the city centre. It looks
really irish!.

Had great 4 days, will stay at O,Shaea,s next time in Dublin.

Very central location in city.
Quiet room
Comfortable bed.
The staff were very very helpful and very very friendly.
It was close to town and had close access to the O2.
Perfect location. Reasonable prices. Helpful staff.

Great staff and Pub and great parking facility.
Good friendly hotel with live music.
Friendly staff, great location.
The room was clean and tidy. The bar was good size and had entertainment. The staff were absolutely amazing. Customer service was excellent!.
Location was good and a wonderful receptionist by the name of Shane was extremely helpful. Enjoyed the pub with live music.
In the whole the stay was good. Clean rooms good food etc.
Good price for a decent B&B
Handy location
Great fry.
The location was great.
Great breakfast.
Location and staff were very friendly.
The staff in the bar and restaurant very helpful and friendly. Tommy or billy (sorry cant recall name)on reception also very helpful facilitating an early check in.
It was exactly what I thought it would be, a room above a pub. It was
loud and not the place to stay for peace and quiet.
staff extremely friendly, cannot do enough to help, good atmosphere, excellent food, good entertainment.
Location was good & cost for this busy weekend the last in June was reasonable.
location good food.
Breakfast was good.
Not very much!.
Central.
Staying for such a short time.
The room was hot and you couldn't keep the window open during the night because there were seagulls on the roofs that were making a lot of noice.
Huoneessa oli kuuma eikä ikkunaa voinut pitää yöllä auki katoilla meluavien lokkien takia.
The check out time is far too early, the toilet would only flush if you
left it about an hour after someone else used it. There was no glasses
in the room.
no soap in the bathroom but we bought it at the nearby supermarket; a little bit noisy at night but I supposed it also depends on your room neighbors.
The shower kept dripping and kept me up , easily fixed. Shower was great
apart from that.
Guy at reception on checkin was unfriendly and did not seem to want to
offer any info about tours in the city.. And room had a luke warm water
for shower. Not impressed.
Nothing.
Room was noisy.
It was a very noisy, right above a very busy bus stop and road where the late night revellers used. It would be nice if some sort of small armchair was available instead of having to sit on the bed. As a solo lady traveller, I don't venture out much in the evening, and this comment is meant for all hotels.
Some attention to modernizing and refurbishing the rooms would be in order. Everything was clean, but the shower dripped, sometimes the toilet didn't flush.
A bit noisy in the evening (restaurant downstairs).
Nothing important ( little bathroom)
no electricity in the shaver plug in the bath room (I ask for an adaptator to place it in a other plug = OK).
very poor water pressure. zero sometimes during peak usage times.
Only complaint that I could find was that the tv remote in my room
did not work!.
The room and the bathroom were very tiny.
Noisy - hearing the traffic.
time to go.
Small lift
Small shower
Bathroom timer light turns off when in shower.
En suite could of been cleaner but was acceptable.
It was really very warm in the rooms which wasn't equipped with fans. The rooms were very noisy as well... Specially at night / early mornings.
Wifi never worked in the bedroom which was a bit annoying.
The staff were just short of useless. They don't white down your food order and hence they get it wrong.
Very limited breakfast buffet - Juice and cornflakes only.
Dated and worn decor.
Our toilet door wouldn't close, and the Hotel was a bit backpackerish.
Very dusty lampshades, poor water pressure in shower, a bit run down.
The single room needed some lifting and the carpet was not very clean...
On Saturday, March 30th, at the moment of checking in at around 2.30 PM I had the most embarrassing experience in Dublin after 9 months living there. In fact I have been a traveller in Europe for many years and I dont remember being treated so badly in a hotel or hostel like I was that afternoon. The reception desk lad was extremely arrogant, rude, impatient, agressive and obnoxious to say the least. I will not recommend a hotel whose staff is not properly trained like that gentleman.
Hot water was working only sometimes (could be freezing then it would burn) Breakfast was sent back as it was burned.
The hotel is in need of updating, bedding was very faded and decor needs updating. Carpets through the hotel especially on the stairs need cleaning. I appreciate it was a 90 euro stay but in the 2nd night we paid an extra 40 for a different hotel and they were worlds apart.
I was charged 90 Euros while a local had a much nicer room for 30.
cleanliness of room, it was very dusty, room and bathroom in need of updating, poor shower no tv remote, we booked 2 rooms one was like the photos the other was not.
Choice of breakfast was very limited - Room dated & tired TV did not have a good signal - room positioned by mechanical section of the lift - so when used early or late you could hear it quite easily- good job i'am a deep sleeper!
Bathroom Towels becoming very thin & thread bare & Bed sheets also could have done with better cleaning - some stuborn stains on the section of sheets i could see - other than the above fine!.
tiny room out side noises eg traffic lat night revellers.no aircondidtion, bigest suprise found cockroach in room.my only gripe is with the room.complained to desk manager but to no avail.
Not organised had problems with my booking kept being told breakfast not included which i had paid extra for. Would not stay again.
Room 108 - right above the bar and kept awake by the band downstairs - you could hear EVERY word. A shower that took ages to warm up. Cold breakfast on the Sunday morning. Creaking bed - every movement made a sound. Neighbours above us waking us up at 6.30 banging about. I've stayed here three times before and am gutted to say - I won't be returning.
Very dated and dirty.
Rooms didn't feel secure ie locks.
