The service was friendly and helpful. Durban residence is conveniently
located, in the heart of the city. I recommend it to all travelers and
perhaps I will come back on my next trip to dublin.

Great location, good continental breakfast, clean and comfortable, good value for the price.
Excellent position (5 min walking from O'Connell Street) and friendly staff. Good overall.
Friendly staff
Perfect location
Nice and clean rooms
Budget-friendly.
Location and value for money....nice breakfast also.
It was clean and tidy.
The B&B is located at walking distance to the city center and all the amenities. The possibility of private parking is also an added value.
1. The price
2. Short walk to Temple Bar area
3. Close to main bus routes.
Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
Close to the center. Tea in the room.
Location! Location! Location! Cant get much better than that in Dublin.
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.
close to city centre.
Convenient location.
breakfast was ok.
Location, price.
The location.
The location.
-Location.
Nothing, really. It was within easy walking distance of most of the city center, but right on the edge of the sketchy part of town.
Location.
The bathroom was a little small, but the shower was good, with plenty of hot water.
Breakfast is a little late (8am-10am) but nevertheless good, just a little noisy from the streets during the evening (10pm-12pm), otherwise it's perfect.
When I arrived there was a problem.
It was 10pm and the room appeared to be double booked.
The staff were excellent however and after approx 20 minutes we were settled in and problem sorted.
The b&b had a old or smoking smell.
Some members of the staff are rather rude.
Although the room was reasonably clean, it has been never tidied up and the bed has been never made up.
There is not much choice for breakfast and the service is quite slow.
1. Over heated - couldnt turn heating down
2. Noisy.
Room wasn't cleaned each day, coffee/tea wasnt replenished, the
crockery wasnt cleaned or replaced. Kettle in room didn't work and
shower was inadequate. Breakfast buffet wasn't kept refreshed in a
timely manner. Overall service standards were poor.
No soap in the room.
Our room was on the top floor, there's lo lift and the last fligh of
stairs is really narrow, definietely no good for older people or people
with disabilites. Room was cold, the radiators were working in the
hallway/breakfast room, but not in a guestroom. Bathroom had a small
hole in the wall which looked very unclean and the showers soapholder
had previous occupants plaster/bandage still stuck to it, which
raised the question was the bathroom cleaned at all??.
not clean enough and a poor selection of breakfast food.
The double bed was tiny. The shower was horrible-cold water only and you had to hold the nozzle yourself to have a shower. The bin in the bathroom was not emptied from the previous occupants and contained sanitary waste. No remote control for the television. Breakfast was very ordinary. Staff smoked within the hotel which wofted up to the rooms. Overall a very unpleasant experience for the price we paid.
Room was very small fittings where old, tired and some broken. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. no room to store anything such as suitecase bags etc.
Remote control for TV missing, windows cannot close properly, quite noisy at night as a result.
The rooms were very small and dirty. In three days no one went to clean them.
The noise, the bedroom and the bathroom.
- Room was not cleaned
- Breakfast low grade
- Bathroom dirty
- Ugly view from window
- smell of smoking inside.
space is too limited, and booked tripple adult room, but just 2 beds.
The room was marginal at best. The beds were terrible, the cleanliness questionable, and there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke coming into our non-smoking room from somewhere. The staff spoke very little English and made themselves very scarce. The breakfast was entirely self-serve made up of items previously laid out by someone unseen.
Noisy
Dirty
Cold.
