The well equipped and spacious en suite bedrooms feature comfortable beds, armchairs, and work desks. Rooms also include a TV, clock radio, and hairdryers, along with tea/coffee facilities and toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.
Breakfast is served at individual tables in the dining room. An extensive breakfast selection is provided using locally sourced produce, and includes homemade brown bread and preserves.
After a day’s travel, guests can relax in the upstairs lounge, partake in a game of chess , or simply take in the views or enjoy a quiet read in the downstairs sitting room.
In summer the award-winning gardens provide a great lingering spot where guests can enjoy the evening scent of roses and freshly mowed lawns.

Ten stars! If you want to experiance one B&B and city in Ireland,
look no further. We have stayed at several B&B's in Ireland over
the past 4 years. This is the best B&B, top to bottom. Clean,
comfortable, outstanding decor, and you won't find a better
breakfast.
Short walk to the city center for food, shopping and entertainment.
My wife had a sinus infections and asked if they new of a doctor. She had an appointment to see their doctor within an hour-how is that for service?

Everything! Bayview B&B is the most outstanding B&B we have stayed in in Ireland. Miriam and her parents are so very friendly and have made this place an absolute jewel. We thoroughly enjoyed our all to brief stay. It is just perfect.
The B&B was modern and clean. The food was lovely and two owners coulnt be friendlier. Tea and coffee in the room, along with a TV and free wifi. Very impressed, would stay there again.
