Rooms are fabulous, bed is so comfy! The style of the whole place is modern but cosy and just feel at home from minute you arrive. Staff are helpful and friendly. We had dinner in restaurant which was delicious and the breakfast at the guesthouse is one of the best we've ever had including 5 star hotels, couldn't fault the place! Location is also perfect!.

Lovely old house tastefully restored. Very good breakfast, everything cooked to order and lovely fresh eggs, homemade bread and marmalade. Lovely fish restaurant next door.
Amazing and friendly service from the moment we arrived.
Our room was much bigger than I expected, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
It was spotless and the staff were very friendly.
Our shower wasn't working and we reported it, by the time we came back it was fixed - a great service.

I asked for a room downstairs for my elderly parents but was given rooms at the very top of the house. They had great difficulty with the stairs. Also a bit noisy at night when people came out of the pubs as An Sugan is in centre of town.

A bit soulless even though the house itself was a period residance. A bit pricey for simple B&B given the amount of services offered.
No welcome or Thanks. Felt no one in charge and could'nt care

cooked. Room was cold. It was May, but weather very cold still.Overall
It was'nt comfortable and we wolld'nt stay again.
Our room overlooked that industrial unit which smelt and was noisey.
The bed was way too small and as a result not comfortable at all. I'm not sure if this review involves the restaurant but the food and service there was very poor and did in fact ruin our stay.
Communal Room was poorly looked after. There were old magazines on
the floor. Seats broken and taken apart. It looked like this room had
been completely forgotten about. Very dusty and unkept. The service
in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. We were rushed through
every course.
The room was small, the bathroom had a very low ceiling, not designed for guys who are 1m90 tall. At 9 on a Sunday morning bottles were being disposed of and whoever was doing the work, ensured every bottle was broken.
Booking in is at bar at end of road. No clues. Staff unfriendly Room
overlooked backyard,literally strewn with bottles and restaurant waste.
My wife was refused porridge and an egg for breakfast as porridge was
classed as a hot meal. I was ready to air these complaints at checkout
but proprietor did not ask about our stay, just happy to take my money.
Not worth 100euros a night.
