Having arrived late on a ferry into Heraklion, we were warmly welcomed by Yannis into his hotel with pizza and beers. From then on Yannis continued to be extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean with excellent facilities. Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. The hotel was close to everything, both the beach and the old town, our room was comfortable and bigger then we thought, there was a balcony and a bathtub. All the staff was super nice and helpful at all times. We loved the place very much! -

We received a very warm Cretan welcome from Kiria Chryssa and her daughter Galia who spoke excellent English. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, fresh towels and cleaning were provided every other day and we had fresh sheets in the
