Very nice hotel, with a great swimmingpool in a nice garden. Close to a nice beach and Vlychada port. Very kind personal and Mr Michalis was super helpful. This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. We had a gorgeous room with our own semi private pool which we pretty much never left as it was so beautiful. This resort is very peacefull and relaxing despite being so close to kamari

Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

Fitst,I liked the location, it's close to the beach(5 min walk)in a quite secluded place, best for a honeymoon trip! Second, the staff did their best to meet all our needs( a taxi pick-up from Santorini airport,romantic items in the room).overall, the staff were fantastically helpful!third, the room was well-equipped, modern, and everyday cleaned!

Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and
helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that
we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our
private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and
its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the
location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
