  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. We had a gorgeous room with our own semi private pool which we pretty much never left as it was so beautiful. This resort is very peacefull and relaxing despite being so close to kamari ... o que as pessoas dizem » beach. The grounds are immaculately kept and the service really is 5 star. All of the team are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great, we - Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

  Incredible views, excellent and clean rooms, very supportive and helpful staff. The property sticks out of a promontory and overlooks the caldera of Santorini.   The staff at Rocabella was amazing . They responded to any request we had within 5 minutes . The scenery is beautiful . The food was also very good. - Very good and supportive staff. Nice location, not far from city, but far enough for relaxing atmosphere. Amazing view and food.

  The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  After our bad experience at Anemos hotel we were so lucky to arrive at 9Muses were the staff was warm, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We really recommend this hotel if your looking for a pleasant luxury resort in Perivolos. - Small distance from the beach, big size pool
