to meet us after reception closed. We chose Sifnos because it is less
touristy than many and we chose the Arhontou because we wanted to
stay away from the water (for a change) in a quieter Greek town
(Apollonia) and Arhontou was just a short walk down to the charming

Overall good location althought I can be a bit of a trek into town. Pleasant to see the farms below the hotel. Everything was clean.

Our 5-day stay here was perfect with its marvelous views and breathtaking sunsets. Try one of the best pools in the island with sunbeds and umbrellas, where the air is sweet from herbs and nectar and birds fly over the head. George, Barbara and their family went out of their way to make me feel at home and gave me all the information I needed to make my stay an enjoyable one. Perfect Little hotel! simple rooms but all we needed. We were 3 families with Children (between 7 and 15) who stayed for 3 nights. Situated right at the beach wirh a Lovely restaurant right on the beach. Very serviceminded and nice staff. Can recomenned this warmly! We will go back! -

The rooms are in a good position only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, bus station, beach and restaurants. The room was quite spacious and we liked the private balcony with a view to the hill beyond. The owner's sister was in charge when we stayed there and she was very welcoming and pleasant.

Staff was very helpful, picking us up to and from the airport and helping with our baggage. Breakfast was extensive and food from the restaurant at hotel was absolutely delicious and affordable. Room was comfortable and on the doorstep of one of my favourite beaches.

The family couldn't have been more accommodating. We found them very friendly too. A lovely place to stay. Basic but very clean and in a fairly central location. - beautiful rooms, balcony and the swimming pool were great! The family/ staff were welcoming and helpful.
