  The staff is very friendly and willing to provide the best answers to your questions. We arrived at a very late hour of August 15th (it was well after 1 a.m.) and we found two very kind and helpful people waiting for us. We obtained one extra bed for our 7 years old child at no additional price.   Fantastic resort. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The stand out was the friendliness of the staff - they were extremely helpful, from telling us the best places to eat and drink in town and making reservations for us, to organising a packed breakfast for us when we had to leave very early on our last day. There are lots of fre - As people have always been my first priority while travelling I can't help saying a few words about the staff.. They are very professional, useful, always ready to help and superfriendly. All of them,starting from the reception guys and finishing by our housemaid, did their best to let us feel like at home. I did regret we were staying only six days It was really sad to leave.

  It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. He greets every arriving guest personally and shows them to their room. I met som - All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.
