This guesthouse is new, the rooms are big, very comfortable and well decorated. Beautiful view of the sea is seen from the big windows. The whole place is very clean and has a nice colourfull garden. The owners are friendly and wellcoming. The breakfast is huge!!! and contains handmade traditional dishes.

The setting was beautiful,and the view from the room and balcony included lush gardens and the sea. The design of the spacious room was elegant and warm, and the hospitality, including a hot drink and home made treats upon arrival, and a scrumptious breakfast, was outstanding. We did not notice that we booked room with no balcony, but owner gave us room with balcony without extra costs. Beatiful view, frendly and helpful staff, realy quiet place, ideal if you want to escape from people and enjou on the beach alone.

Located just above Agios Ioannis we had a good location to visit all the areas magical spots. Every day we received a tailored plan of where to go and what to do next. The room was comfy and clean and had a wonderful sea view. Breakfast is a joy with home made pastries and jams. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The surroundings are great, fresh air (no need to use the AC in the room), fresh water (crystal clear waters all over in Pelion), no mosquitos (against our expectation). The hosts are pleasant and helpful. We had no breakfast, so I will not comment that.

Very spacious room at the new top floor. Spotless clean. Fireplace in the room, which is very nicely decorated and a beutiful balcony facing the forest. Also the location was perfect right at the center of Kissos vilage. I would definately recommend it. -
