The hotel was very centrally located. Easy to walk everywhere. The view from our room on the side street was of a park and an Ottoman Hamam which was very beautiful. The rooms on the other side would face the main street. Our room was on the 5th floo and had an enormous terrace that ran the length of both sides of our corner family room. -

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely friendly and patient staff.
Very clean. Perfect location for everything you want to do. 1 block away
from Aristotelous Square, Lefko Pirgo (white tower), Ladadika
(Restaurants). 2 blocks away from shopping (Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc.).
The breakfast buffet is amazing. The soaps in the room amazing. They
even give you a bottle of wine upon arrival and daily sweets in your
room. I never waste my time giving reviews but this place deserves it.

Surprisingly high level of services. Very low level of street noise (taking into consideration that we are talking about a big Greek city). The hotel is situated 5 minutes on feet from the city center. - always perfect, like it, will come back!!!!

The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. Staff was wonderful. AC worked well. Had a suite for three adults. It was comfortable and we liked the curtain for privacy. Internet worked well. Good location in the center of city. Easy to catch a cab. Good-sized elevator. The staff saved us free parking in the front of the hotel. -
