  We loved our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, great service, personal approach. We felt at home there. The room had a retro style to it which reminded me my childhood home. I loved it. It also had a balcony overlooking a lovely street. The was a computer in the lounge which we were welcome to use. Also, there was free wireless and the sig... o que as pessoas dizem » nal was strong. Actually, there is free wireless almost everywhere you go in Athens. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Every day we would - The staff at Acropolis were fantastic...very helpful and friendly. The location in the Plaka was convenient. We were able to walk most places and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom for getting

It took us lots of time to choose the hotel in Athens, but now we can say that our choice was so right! Moreover, ever - Upon booking, I had requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor. When we checked in, we were given a room on a second floor that was a smoking room where everything was scented with nicotine. However the hotel were happy to accommodate us with this change when we checked in. The doors are double to the balcony which is good for the busy street. The non-smoking rooms are clean; however keep your bathroom door shut as the smell of nicotine can come up through the vents of other rooms. The brea

  Great room very clean AND Tidy good bathroom and facilites. I arrived late so didt=nt go out, however restaurant was closed and i didnt know where i was to go looking for dinner so room service was available - note 20% extra charge on everything so one regular pizza which was huge too big for me and two JDs and one diet coke was 40euro which was ... o que as pessoas dizem » excessive. Brekfast fine late check out great friendly staff - overall ok - Location PERFECT, steps from the metro which is very easy to navigate in Athens. Staff SUPER helpful and informative, rooms luxurious. Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, but probably because it is not in the center. But for the value, the hotel was clearly recently renovated and impeccably so. I stayed just one night and it was easy from the ferry and easy to the airport.
