Everything was great! After we booked Lambros, the owner sent us a friendly email asking article details and arranged to meet us at the ferry. From there it was a short walk to villa, which is about a 2 min walk from the beach and in a beautiful setting with lots of vines and flowers. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mata. This family-run place is super
friendly and welcoming. The rooms all have private balconies, but there
are also communal spaces which make it easy to meet other travellers.
The garden setting is gorgeous and really peaceful. Many people hit up
Ios to party, but we had a very relaxing time staying at Villa Mata. The
little outdoor kitchen is handy for cooking up some food. Also the staff
were really helpful when we were planning our onward leg.

Modest but very cozy rooms next to a quiet, nice beach. Location perfect (10-15 minute walk up to the city, bars and nightlife). The owner Katerina is a sweetheart! -

The view is incredible. Good walking distance to the main town and mypolotas beach. Great hospitality. Nick went out of his way to find us at the beach on our last day to let us know our ferry had been cancelled. He drove us down to the port so we could make the earlier one on time. -

Elias is a wonderful host. He picked us up from port and drove us to hotel. Hotel is very clean, and has all basic necessities. It is located slightly outside Chora so it's nice and quiet, but everything is very close walking distance.

Excellent facilities; traditional Cycladic rooms. The owners are very friendly and make you feel comfortable from the first moment. I recommend Athena Rooms to anyone who is looking for convenient, astonishing clean and quiet but not isolated place to stay. Excellent value for money!

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Since the very beginning we were very happy with the hospitality of the host and the tranquility of the place that is just a few minutes away from the port. The room was cozy and spotless with a nice balcony. The breakfast was, honestly, the best that we ever had... everything was either homemade or locally produced and of course very fresh and delicious.

The hotel is close to the beach and not far from the port. We had a nice and very clean room with a sea view. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were very happy in hotel Helena and definitely recommend it to other travellers.

The location is fantastic, the Nice Beach outside the hotel, the friendly and sweet sisters, that run the hotel. They are so friendly and helpsome, and the little dog Bella is so cute.
We liked staying at the port instead of Chora, because Chora is party zone in the nights and evenings.
